"This office was amazing 10+ years ago. Recently my vehicle was in n accident and after a year I finally got the check for my deductible. I have since switched to another company due to neglect of taking care of/caring for me the customer. I cancelled my insurance with them in April and now getting notices that my bill is past due. THIS IS NOT PAST DUE. This is yet another error on State Farms side. This was supposed to be cancelled in April along with the House Policy. This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE. Like every other time, State Farm has yet FAILED."

"Fairly awful recent experience. I had several issues with a claim that was made last year and decided to switch companies. This local branch has not done much of anything to help me with the claim process. Now they will not close the accounts. I have notified the main office directly and Jennifer's office directly. After several months and many attempts to close the accounts, they are still open and State farm is still charging us for unwanted coverage. I am sick of emails, and phone calls to get these accounts closed. Not sure what else I can do to get this office to understand I do not want to carry on business with them."

"Went to pick up a check for an accident that i had been in,previous to this i had spoken on the phone with Jennifer and i found her to be quite rude and in this visit to her office she never came out to speak with me. I have been a customer of State Farm since 2008 and have never had issue when dealing with anyone from this company. If i had it to do over i would not have dealt with her, what a big dissappointment"

"Called on Wednesday, January 25th for an auto, motorcycle and home owners insurance quote. Gave all my info to the lady that answered the phone, including SS number and all my vehicle information. On Tuesday, January 31 I still hadn't gotten a call back. When I called I basically got the normal excuses. Terrible way to run a business, I would never recommend this agency to anyone."

"Jennifer was one of the first people we met in Medina when we moved here in 1998. I like to research service providers extensively and found that State Farm gave us the best homeowners coverage for the cost. Our family grew, and we added auto insurance and life insurance, and our children as they became drivers also purchased coverage. Her office staff is always friendly, efficient and helpful. Jennifer and her staff have helped us navigate decisions on life insurance, teen drivers and tool coverage. After eighteen years though, Jennifer really came through for us when we had a roofing claim that proved problematic because of three different materials used on our century home, including asbestos. She went above and beyond to assist us in getting our claim to completion, although it's not the agents responsibility to do so. She worked with the State Farm network of claims adjusters and underwriting through all the issues. At a time when an agent could have been complacent after having had us as customers for so long, she treated us as a top priority. Can't recommend highly enough!"

"Very upset with them. I wanted to switch to them from progressive, I called got a quote. I was pleased with how much I thought I'd be saving. I was wrong. No sooner did they debit my account almost 300 they called to tell me they can't insure me. Well luckily I never canceled my other insurance. That was on the 20th. I have yet to be refunded. And now I'm getting a late fee from my other insurance because it's now late because I can't pay it till I get my refund back. Here I was thinking if be saving, but nope end up losing money. I will not be referring anyone to them."
